The Parking Spot is the way to go at Bush IAH. It is convenient. The buses to the terminals run on time. The website is easy to use. Very satisfied.

Usually your drivers are friendly and help with you bags, location is convenient.
I do want to comment that my last return trip to Atlanta your driver was not very friendly and never go up to help with bags. I was not happy with that service, but most are generally good.

What I have negatively experienced is the poor Wi-Fi availability when entering or departing The Parking Spot. I have to upload my information on my phone prior to arriving or leaving so the reader can allow me to enter or depart.
