Everything was great! Quick pickup at the parking spot that was reserved. A little delay getting picked back up at the airport, but we were the first dropped off at our car, so that was wonderful!

Easy in and out, not dealing with DFW roads, especially now during the massive construction. Price is much better than parking at the airport and I feel that my vehicle is safe and monitored. Love the covered parking option!

I very much appreciate the attentive nature of the drivers, how polite and courteous they are, and the (usually) quick pick-up both at my car and at the airport.

I will say, though, that a couple of times when I return to from a trip, there needs to be more vans, as I had to wait quite a while for a van. It is usually late in the evening, but not in the middle of the night, around 11:00 pm. The last time I arrived (Wednesday, March 11), I saw on the shuttle tracker that the van (#126) left the pickup spot as I was walking from my arrival gate. Not one other van was operating, so I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to return from the lot. While I waited that 20 minutes, I counted 8 Fast Park vans come and go from the pickup spot at the terminal. There really needs to be more vans at night (at least 2).

But overall, I am very pleased with the Parking Spot service.

Easiest service to utilize for parking. Scan in, park, they somehow know exactly where you are and come to your spot, help you onload and take you to the airport. Less than 10 min wait. You receive a parking ticket with your assigned parking space to hand to your return driver.

On return, shuttle is outside every few min. They help you load up, hand him your parking ticket and they take you to your car.

So convenient, with helpful drivers with loading/ unloading. As well as where they will be going and who it applies to. I like that they pick you up and drop you off directly behind your vehicle. Appreciate the easy online reservation process and it giving a cheaper daily rate rather than the siginficant increase in on site prices.

This was my first time using parking spot and I will use them again. It was easy.
