It was extremely easy parking at the Parking Spot's south lot in Philadelphia. We had barely parked the car when a shuttle pulled up and whisked us to the airport. The day we arrived back in the US, the Parking Spot made getting to our car a breeze. We didn't have to think about it!! Additionally, our return flight from Europe was delayed by a day and it was very easy to extend the parking at the Parking Spot simply by changing the end day/time in the app!!
It was easy to reserve a spot on theParkingSpot-South's website. The cost was fair. I was taken to the airport quickly and returned to my car pretty quickly, too. All in all, an excellent experience.

The shuttle service is always timely, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. The app is very convenient where I can scan my code and arrive quickly through the gate. I always find covered parking conveniently located.
The app is easy to use and there is usually availability. The shuttle is convenient, and the staff have been pleasant overall.
Quick pick-up on the way to the airport. The wait on the way back was a little longer, good thing is the tracking of the vans via the app, so we could check and estimate when the van would arrive to pick us up and bring us to the parking lot. Big plus, being dropped off in front of our car.
The service is and experience are very good and super easy. Easier than parking at sky harbor.
Parking Spot 2 is so simple to use, as well as being efficient. My husband and I are in our 70's and much prefer doing business by phone. Even so, scheduling your service by computer we quite simple (which I really appreciate!). The lady at the parking facility was friendly and helpful.

I will say that I like the covered parking for all. The biggest issue that you will need to address is parking for oversized vehicles. I have an oversized 4x4 that is very difficult to park and many other bigger & some commercial trucks stick out so far that they impede the drive within the rows. Please redo or designate special parking for big trucks. Thank you.
