Had to park there on Feb. 25, when the BDL garages were all FULL. It was morning, and lots of snow. Long line to get into The Parking Spot, to take care of overflow. I suggest you move the sign that says "reservation" only, currently close to the entrance of the self-park area, to be further up, so it's clearer, earlier, upon entering if you go left (valet) or right (self-park).
I valet parked the car that day and was impressed with how quickly the staff dealt with such a large volume of cars. Great service!
Fair rates, no waiting pick-up when arriving, vans appear to be regularly available upon return at the airport, ease of entry & exit via the bar code reader.
I thought the parking was good. driver was nice. Directions out should be a little better.
