I like that the shuttle drops you off and picks you up at your car and that the driver takes care of taking your bag on and off the shuttle.
What makes me MAD though is you charge a reservation fee. That fee was always waived when booking with an AAA discount when it was still only Park N Fly before it was bought by Parking Spot.
I HAVE NOTING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PARKING SERVICE. THEY HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ACCOMMODATING MY NEEDS WITH PICKING UP DRO OFF AND KEEPING MTY CAR SAFE. THE WORKERSARE VERY HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL!

No more garage parking for us!!! We've always parked in the garage at Hobby Airport, but not anymore!! We loved the whole experience of using The Spot. The workers are all friendly and helpful. The ease with which we were able to travel to and from the airport was remarkable. This will be our only way to travel from now on!!! 10+ STARS!!
