Reasonable cost, close to the airport, and good service.
For one, the price is great and they often offer discounts. Also, I like that when I arrive to park there’s usually a shuttle driver to direct me where there’s open spots. Return shuttles seemed to be continuously running, so the return drive to my car was very quick. The drivers are friendly and helpful.

The vans are clean, but the shock absorbers do take a beating on the highways that could use some attention. The loyalty program is helpful, and we have earned free nights from our participation. Staff is so friendly and courteous. I’m widowed and over 65 and feel very taken care of. They help me check in and pick me up promptly. The app is great! They know when I’m at the pickup area. Driver makes sure I get in my vehicle. I feel very secure using their service.
We have used The Parking Spot three times now, and have always been happy with the staff and service. We have never had issues, and only once had to wait longer than a couple minutes to get a ride back to our car. Great option for parking at MSP.
