The process was so easy . Everything from using the app, arriving to drop off the car, shuttle to the airport, return shuttle to car and having car valet pull car up was incredibly smooth. Employees are so friendly and efficient. I did not even have to handle my bags . Employees took care of everything.

Would like to see you enhance the Parking Spot app so customers can add the location where they park after checking in. This would eliminate the business card that gets lost and trying to "remember" the location & spot #.

Both drivers we had were very good. Friendly and personable, SMILED!, and helped with the bags.

Both Phoenix locations are easy to access and the shuttle service into the PHX terminals is excellent.

Using Perking Spot for the first time was a little confusing. We pulled up to the clerk thinking that was what we were supposed to do. Then being told we had to back up and use the machine to get in. The row signs were of no help since they faced the wrong way as they face the road and not the direction of driving. The shuttle bus driver was helpful and we arrived at the airport very quickly. One announcement that they could make is to let passengers know where they should come, after returning to meet the shuttle. Otherwise it was a good experience.
