(Pick-up experience could be better; I forgot that pickup was at departures upstairs and I watched three buses go by on the app while waiting down at arrivals, but I didn’t see any buses come by. Then I clicked into the app further and found info about the pickup being at departures level. I’m not very smart and I think it could be made clearer in the app IN BIG LETTERS! But anyway, now I know again. Thank you. Your business is excellent. I wish it was mine 😆.
Convenience
Access to and from Parking Spot #2 from the Airport was very easy. It was my first time using Parking Spot and I had never left my car unattended for many days. Everything turnout just fine. The Shuttle drivers both were also very courteous too. I will use this service again. So all of you 1st timers like me (Old School), don't worry, it's very simple, just try it.

It has great rewards and discounts. The service is fast and they pick you up near your car and drop you off by your car. They load your luggage into and off the shuttle, love that service. It’s easy to reserve online and make changes if necessary. They have one special area for pickup to get you back to your car, no wondering when they will be passing by, it’s great.
Easy reservation, easy drop off, quick ride to airport, no waiting for shuttle at return but the car was waiting right at drop off. Especially, after all the airline drama it was awesome to just get in our car and drive home. Thank you to everyone involved.

The application works very well. You can see where the van is when you request it. It is VERY important to me that you have chargers at selected spaces.
I am particularly impressed by the Manager, Pat, at CLT! I called from Idaho because my BEV had stopped charging and he personally went to my car and called me and we got the charger working again. He was extremely kind and helpful. It helped me out a lot since my car was parked for 2 weeks.
