Everything was excellent except for the confusion in the app for pickup. We are instructed to go on the app to request a pickup but it just shows an option where the shuttle is located. There is no confirmation that you received my request for pickup or how many people in my party. It seems like just the request is enough but it is not confirmed for the user.

Safe secure place to park car, with shuttle services included. The price was reasonable with the discounts given, not sure if it was because of AAA membership or first time using. I wish the APP was more user friendly but I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The app. Is is to use and the earned points help you get free days. It's convenient with plenty of parking. Ounce you park your car the shuttle is right there to take you to the airport. He when coming back from vacation you can just walk out of the airport and your shuttle is driving down the road you really don't need to call them.
It was clean and nice place to park. The bus took me to the gate and back to the car when I returned.
