I’ve been a long time customer. My only complaint is that my Frequent Parker Member Status did not carryover with the change. Would like to get this resolved as I have not had any success with calling in to customer service. Please reach out at your earliest convenience.

What do you like about our services?

I'm picked up immediately by a shuttle when I park, the driver usually helps me with my bags and takes me right to my gate for drop off; I can always quickly spot a shuttle when I exit the airport on my return and am taken straight to my car. Great service, reasonable priced, and bonus bottle of water on exit.

We love the Parking Spot. It is very easy to reserve a space. I love getting a AAA discount. We love the covered parking. Getting picked up at our car and dropped off at our car is wonderful. We are retired teachers in our late 70's and we love being picked up by your bus. We have never had to wait very long to be picked up at the Orlando International Airport. Everyone who works at the Parking Spot is always very nice. We appreciate that. We also love your rewards program. Thanks Parking Spot.
