Very convenient. The driver picks us up and drops us off right at our vehicle. The drivers are very friendly and helped with all our bags. They also made sure to get my elderly mother's walker out first and help me get her down the steps.

The bus driver back to my car from terminal c was amazing. He took great care of me and my wheelchair. This is beyond the service I normally get at Hobby Parking spot! A huge shout out the the amazing bus driver.

Hope y'all get a bus with a wheelchair ramp soon. That will make parking at the parking spot a lot easier as a wheelchair user.

On my recent visit, I experienced an emergency. At first, I thought the battery was dead. I was able to flag down a bus driver and he sent over a nice young man who came and helped me try to jump it. Actually, I had run out of gas. The manager on duty was so helpful and willing to take me to the gas station to get gas and even put the gas in my car herself. I’m sorry I did not get either name. The service they provided was above expectations and I left there a very happy traveler. I have been using this parking area for over 20 years. This is the first time I had an emergency but was very happy to have it handled so promptly and expertly. Shout out to both of them, but especially to your manager. She was my guardian angel that day.
