Convenience
The proximity of the parking lots are extremely close. The car felt secure. Shuttles were plentiful even in the middle of the night. Drivers were very nice and the buses were clean.
Easy in and out, quick shuttle to and from Airport
Have used the parking spot Haynes location for all of our travels. Never have an issues. Pick and drop off right away, car pulled up ready to go. Very flawless system. Thank you.

Convinience
It's convenient and the drivers are friendly and professional. I especially like that you come right to my car and drop me off right at my car, since travel days are already quite physically demanding.
You have enough buses so that I don't have to wait too long at the pickup terminal.
Unfortunately the last bus that picked us up, a window rattled terribly and the floor needed replacing, it could be considered a trip hazard.
This was a much better service than a service we had in January of this year. Everything ran smoothly from an attendant letting us know where a parking spot was, to their picking us up promptly, and then being delivered to our car after our flight. The only thing was that I expected a discount promised by someone who responded to our January survey remarks. That did not happen. At this time, we are satisfied.

The drivers were very nice and friendly also we forgot a bag we left in car, the driver quickly went back to our car to get it...but we had a great experience
In my opinion the price is good if you book in advance. The location is easy to find ans your car is safe there. At least I have never had any issues. The shuttles run on time however I do recommend cleaning and disinfecting them more often because they are usually funky. The drivers are friendly and helpful.
