I use the Parking Spot because the South lot is relatively easy to get to - I don't want to have to deal with driving thru the airport and pay ridiculous fees. The buses are easy to locate, and the pickups are reasonably timed. I also like the Parking Spot App, and have recommended it to other Parking Spot users. :-)

I like that it’s covered parking, but all on a lot and not a parking garage. I like that you have free water bottles upon exiting. I like that shuttles are fairly frequent and don’t often have to wait.

Your location was selected for us by accident or by the online system. We wanted to choose our regular East location. It forced us to take a different freeway to get there.

The site was very good in every other way. Fast service and polite drivers.

Covered parking is great. It was pouring down rain last trip and was nice to be out of the rain. Buses are timely and gets to airport fast. Drivers are very friendly and helpful.
