Its one of the few things I really like about traveling via air. Reliable, no waiting, people eager to help you with your bags. Uncomplicated. One of the few things that still seems to be reasonably priced. I have been using the parking spot for many years and they have never missed a connection. They are ready for you day and night. They have made entry and exit even simpler and faster. its too bad they are not at all three Washington/Baltimore metropolitan airports.

Everybody from the person at the entrance booth to the shuttle drivers are helpful, happy, and efficient. They seem to really understand that they are sending us off on a travel adventure or gladly returning home.

I appreciate that you have staff at the entrance, even before 5am, directing where to go. But more importantly, alerting drivers and not having to wait for a driver. Your service is quick with very little wait times AND affordable! I am glad I have made the switch!

Great experience using The Parking Spot Sepulveda at LAX. The shuttle was fast, drivers were friendly, and pickup was smooth both to and from the airport. The lot felt secure and well organized. I’ll definitely use it again for future trips out of LAX.

The app is extremely convenient for booking a parking spot. Shuttles run often. It’s less expensive than parking in Long Term at BNA plus you don’t have a long walk to the terminal or a long wait for the airport parking lot shuttle. I will def park at The Parking Spot for future travel!
