Excellent service--we recently left a bag on a van and when I called to track it down I actually got a human on the phone without the annoying automated phone tree!! Plus, they called us and left a msg about the bag.
Easy to get to off of I-95.
Customers service has also been very responsive when I needed help using my credits for stays.
The only criticism I have is that the website user interface is not intuitive in how/when to apply credits in the booking process, and needs to clarify what credit is available. I DO appreciate that credits are available. Keeps us coming back and we travel quite a lot.

Service was very timely and professional. It was very nice not having to fight the airport traffic.
Upon arriving back at The Spot-South location from a long business trip, I discovered that the battery had died on my vehicle, therefore, it wouldn’t start. I approached the staff at the front office to inform them of my situation and that my wife would be arriving in about an hour with a new battery. A staff member by the name of Lamont volunteered to take me back to my vehicle and he would attempt to jump start it. I really didn’t think that would work since the battery seemed to be completely dead but Lamont insisted we try. Sure enough, after just one attempt my vehicle started right up. I was able to head home without my wife having to go purchase a new battery and drive all the way out for which she was very grateful. Lamont was not only helpful but he was very friendly as well. After initially hearing about my situation Lamont didn’t need to get up and volunteer to help out a stranger but he did and for that, I respect and appreciate him. I’ll probably never run into this gentleman again but his supervisor should approach him and give him the recognition he deserves. These are the kind of people you want working for your company.

Easy assess and parking. Reasonable pricing with discount. When using Hobby Airport the location is close and pickup buses are always on the lot to get you to the airport.
Upon your return there is always a bus available to take you back to your car. Just look for the yellow bus with the black spots!
