Guest Testimonials
Option for larger covered parking spots like the ones offered at IAH would be awesome. We had difficulty figuring out where the exit was after picking up our vehicle...illuminated EXIT signage would be helpful.
It convenient and I don’t have to worry
Super convenient and easy to use
The driver that took be from the airport to my car was great. The driver that picked me up and took me to the terminal was awful, she never got out of her seat, made everyone load and unload their own bags. She was very rude and yelled at me to speak up because she couldn’t hear from her seat. She should be fired. I have never had such an incident with this company ever.
Easy to use and very helpful and friendly people
I love the easiness it was to use the app and the convenience of the shuttle and the shuttle drivers
very convinient, speedy, friendly
super service
Ease of use
We are always pleased with the service at The Parking Spot. We got picked up at our car within three minutes, waited less than five minutes for pick up at the airport upon return. Thank you.
Convinance with quick shuttle pick up
The drivers are friendly and helpful loading bags. Airport pickup and drop off is limited wait time. All great service team.

5. Attendant always onsite (this is really important)!
Awesome services! Dropped off car w/valet for covered parking, got back car was waiting, cooled w/AC turned on, handed us bottles of water to cool off...great service with a smile! Love these guys!
Convenient, about the same as taking an Uber or Lyft.
Easy to use.
Good, friendly customer service. Easy pickup and return!
The ease of booking the service online and the availability of a shuttle upon return during the day hours, not so much after-hours.
Excellent service and great convenience
Looking forward to construction being completed.
ALSO - please update and ensure the CC machine at check out are working. Every week I have to run my card through the middle one anywhere from 3-6 times before it will process.
The experience from booking, parking, and picking up my car was easy. I felt my car was safe while traveling, and the price point was great! I also appreciated that the shuttle ran on a regular schedule, which minimized our wait time at the parking lot and at the airport.
Easy to get a spot, better price point, and good shuttle access.
