the shuttle drivers were professional and friendly as well as helpful. Most important, the shuttle to the airport from the parking spot was quick. The pick up at Gate C at DFW took longer and was confusing due to airport construction.
We have a daughter that is in a wheelchair so we requested the valet service. Brandon Brown went with us to the airport. He assisted with all our luggage and got us inside the airport. Brandon took a photo of our return flight information. Upon our return we were about to look for the number for the parking spot when we received a call from Brandon. He was checking if our flight had went well and if we were ready to be picked up. Brandon quickly arrived to pick us up. My daughter was fussy after the long flight. As I transferred her from the wheelchair to the vehicle, without hesitation Brandon started getting the luggage and loading it into the car. Traveling can be stressful. Brandon Brown was like having a friend there at the airport to help out. I could not thank him enough for how much his help made things easier. I would be disappoint if someone else drove us next time. Thank you

Super friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have to wait for the shuttle in the parking lot. Stopped for us at the airport when we waved them down. Like the Parking Spot 2 spaces, not as tight as the covered parking. Plan to always use The Parking Spot when traveling!

I had a very good experience with MIA Park and Fly. Check-in was quick, the shuttle to MIA ran frequently, and the drivers were polite and helpful with luggage. My car was exactly as I left it when I returned. Fair pricing and reliable service—I’ll definitely be using them again for future trips.
Friendly, helpful drivers. Prompt delivery straight to the departure gate. Wish the airport construction will improve soon but know that is out of your control.
Quick, easy and convenient
I like the convenience and the covered parking. One thing I didn’t like was our driver on my return trip. He was not interested in loading the luggage in the bus or unloading it. The other people on the bus did it themselves but I’m a 71 year old female and I have a problem lifting my luggage off and on the bus. I expect the driver to do that and I tip well for that service. I don’t appreciate an uncooperative driver.
