It was very easy to book, navigate and return from LAX. The shuttles run very frequently, so your wait times are minimal. We parked in a covered secure lot on Century. The price for the week was cheaper than an uber ride from my house. I will use the Parking Spot every time I fly out of LAX.

This company actually listens to its customers and cares about providing top service. I love the South location because it’s more readily accessible for my family and me than the west lot. Also, safety has never been an issue at this location. Our vehicle isn’t damaged or missing upon our return. The shuttles come frequently and the drivers are nice and helpful with luggage if needed. Omar was the attendant when we were picking up our car, initially our battery wasn't starting our car it finally started, upon departure my Parking Spot card wasn't scanning, he stepped out from the booth and swiped my card. Very friendly, caring young man, an ambassador of your company.
