How fast they got my carpet cleaned.
The service was very good. Our carpets looked better than when we moved in a year ago. All of the staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
The two guys you sent out were great, and very professional:)
Maybe leave the carpets drier, I found some deep wet spots, they took until the next day in the evening to dry.

Your employee, Cory, was very professional and went above and beyond. He even brought his equipment out from the fan to redo a small area where I had a stain.
I think the only thing I would have done differently was to specifically mark all the problematic stains so in the different areas so he could go over those areas a few more times.
The carpets were cleaner, but still had some light stains that probably would have come up if I had asked.

take a little more time cleaning carpet. i thought our service was great but felt he could have went a little slower and really got the carpet thoroughly clean.Our carpet is cleaner but the high traffic areas are still a little gray.
