I like your website with links to helpful information about vacuums, carpet, and carpet care. I chose you because Paul J recommends you and because you "use no soaps, surfactants, or detergents." Robert worked hard and did a good job.
I like that you don't use harsh cleaning chemicals. I like that the carpets dried fairly quickly. I like that the carpets are clean and soft. I like that your technician, Nick, was happy to also clean my tile kitchen floor at the same time. I like that I got 30% off the cost of the service.
Zerorez listens to the needs and concerns of their customers. Their technicians are great to work with. The work is excellent. Zerorez also works hard at providing affordable prices. A great plus is how fast the carpets dry. It's not long before you can put your rooms back in order! I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to others.

I still have an area that has marshmallows still in the carpet. I need you to come back and redo that area. I told Nick that the area had marshmallows and that it needed to be hit heavy there. We have always like Zerorez. We miscommunicated on a stain in one of the bedrooms. Not Zerorez fault. However since we're out of town I sent someone to see if they could remove the stain. While the stain is set, and probably won't come out they reported back that the cleaning cloth came back filthy gray with dirt from elsewhere on the carpet. Unfortunately we were not able to be there when Zerorez did the work, nor confirm what third party was reporting so I hold myself accountable for miscommunication and lack of verification. But the whole incident didn't set well with us. We'll used Zerorez again, and will "trust but verify."
