I liked the way my carpet looked afterward and the idea that no residue was left on my carpet was good too. The person who came to do the work was very helpful and did a great job.
I have had my white carpet cleaned serveral times over the last 12 years by various firms. Zerorez did a commendaable job in cleaning it to a like new condition. There service person was on time, courtious and thorough in his explanation of their service and products.

Beautiful clean carpet without chemical or detergent smell/residue despite many pet and other stains. Pet treatments were extra but definitely worth the money. Operator was personable, quick but thorough, and flexible with the appointment time. Loved the well-designed website to set up my appointment.
I thought $25 to clean 2 car floor mats was a bit excessive, and they did not come entirely clean. While the living room and stairs looked good, I was a little disappointed in the appearance of the sewing room carpet.
No Chemicals
EVERYTHING! The service technician was awesome... explained things well, moved furniture and didn't complain one single bit (we have lots of furniture!) and the job was out of this world spec-tac. I will NEVER go with another carpet cleaning company again. Next onour list is to have Zerorez clean our two couches. LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!

Two areas did not dry in two days secondary to deep water saturation when cleaned. Both areas were dirty: one a traffic pattern from living room to kitchen; the second one by the garage door. My husband had to reclean both areas 3 times with our hoover steamer. This time I immediately put down dry towels and began the drying process by standing on them moving my weight heel/toe. The towels were very dirty after this, so I washed and dried them. The next two times the towels were wet, but clean enough to dry outside. It was a lot of work for both of us.
The service was great and we loved having our carpets cleaned with no chemicals. It is a wonderful service and Dave answered all our questions and took the necessary time to do the best possible job.
It's clean and less drying time then other carpet cleaners.
I appreciated how the technician put up a temporary vinyl door to keep the cool air in while he was working and it was so hot outside. I did not feel I lost much air conditioning, also appreciated the latex overshoes he wore in the home to keep my newly clenaed rugs unsoiled.
The stains came out of our carpet, it stayed wet longer then I thought it would.
Carpet was clean without using soap so don't have to worry about residue!
