I have spoke with one of your reps about the incident and he his handling it as best as can be expected. However, until the issue is fully rectified, I don't know that I could fully recommend your service.

In the last month I had Zerorez do all the carpeting in our Boise home and our cabin in Donnelly. The service was prompt, thorough, and professional. The results were as advertised. They also did a great job on a large couch, loveseat, and ottoman. I highly recommend their services.

Keep Appointment Times. There was a miscommunication between you scheduler and the technicion. The technician was clean,professional and because he was late cleaned the hallway as a bonus. The workmanship appeared to be thorough and he cleaned up before leaving. I am satisified.

I have a small dog and two cats and I need the special cleaning for pet accidents that Zerorez supplies for carpets and rugs. We
had our three rugs cleaned recently and they look like new. Plus we are very happy with the rug pads we purchased from you.

When our carpet was done the first time I wasn't very pleased. I got a call from Zerorez wanting to know why. I explained to the gentleman and he came over to my house promptly and recleaned my carpet. It looks fantastic! I was very pleased with the prompt service and customer care.
