Excellent job on my carpets. There was some tough stains which he was able to remove. He arrived when expected. Explained what he was going to go.
I have been using Zerorez for years and have never been disappointed with their service. The carpets always look beautiful. Paula did a great job and will ask for her the next time I schedule a carpet cleaning.

My issue is when I paid online by credit card, it asked if I wanted to tip and I felt obligated to do so. This type of service shouldn’t be asking, it’s not cheap to get your carpets cleaned.

That you don’t use smelly or toxic chemicals. So nice how quick the carpets dry and they come so clean. Our service tech was wonderful. Super nice and trustworthy. We will only use zerorez for carpet cleaning. You guys are the best.

It's expensive for the amount of floor space that is actually cleaned. I'll be sure and do more comparisons the next time I have my carpets cleaned. I have no complaints at all about the way it looks or the way it was cleaned.

I had a bottle of expensive perfume on the counter in one of the rooms they cleaned- it NEVER moves, 7 years it sits there only to be used once a day. It went missing after they left,

Whenever we submit a request—often for short-notice carpet cleaning or spot treatments—Zerorez always works hard to accommodate us. They do an excellent job, leaving our carpets looking brand new every time.
