We liked the fact that there are not a bunch of soaps and chemicals in the Zerorez liquid. What we saw, was that the carpets came very clean after the treatment. The Technician (Marshal) was very professional, personable and paid attention to our concerns. He knew his product and took very good care to protect finishes and flooring as he moved through the house with the hoses. He worked very hard and did a great job. The folks at the office (Niya) and others were also very kind and professional. From the time we called to the time they showed up was only 2 days. We would very much recommend Zerorez to any one.

Service was awesome. My carpet looks like new and it only took a couple hours to be completely dry. The technician that came to my house (Jonathan S) was professional and went above and beyond.
I have chosen a "neutral" rating because I still have streaking in the traffic areas after the cleaning. I have scheduled another cleaning in hopes to get those areas cleaned properly. Once the second cleaning is done, I will have a better sense of what your services are like and then be able to recommend (or not recommend) based on that cleaning. I do not fault you (yet) since I have neglected my carpets for 7 years and they were pretty bad. They are much better, but I have "stripes" of dirt in all of the rooms that were cleaned. Again, much better, just not totally clean yet. I am giving you another try next Thursday, February 19, 2026

I spent over $1000 and my carpet doesn’t look any different. I don’t know if it’s because we have a lot of pets and super thick carpet but it’s still somewhat dirty. The guy that was out here did it was really nice but seemed to do it a little too quickly.
We had a sofa and a bed cleaned and there’s not much of a difference there either.
At this point the only way to make anything right would be a partial refund
