Even though the carpets were cleaned, I had to go back today with my carpet, shampooer and go over the dark spots in the carpet to try to get them to lift. In the past zero Rez did a great job but the last two times I’ve used you guys within the last yearit’s not been good. I don’t think that I would recommend your services to my clients.
I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants nice clean carpets at affordable prices.
I love the ease of using Zerorez. The personnel are terrific to work with. Its great being able to have a live person to speak with and we trust them for all of our business and home applications even if we are not present. They take pride in their work.

Everything there wasn’t one thing that I can say negative about my experience and Don. The technician was so incredible with the work he’s done. We’ve looked here for five years and have six pets over a different variety and our bedroom carpet looked like a mess and he literally made it look brand new. I was so impressed with everything he done all of his hard work and he was so nice to explain everything in the process and recommended products that would help suit my need I couldn’t recommend zero rez more. They did such a great job so thank you so much.

The service associate did a good job, but the rugs were so wet that it took days for them to dry, even with windows open and fans on. One rug now is stinky when it was previously just a little dingy.
I like the fact that Zerorez brings its own water. They've always been timely and efficient at doing the job. No pressure for add-ons. Always great work.
The operator, Ben was very friendly and efficient. He did a great job, I was very pleased.

We are very happy with our clean area rug, furniture and vents. ZeroRez technician arrived at the set time, was very informative and did an excellent job. I would recommend ZeroRez.
The first visit last July and fourth visit, after February visit, were both good. Today's technician did, what seemed like a lot of work. But my primary problem areas, actually seem worse. I think I have to assume that Zerorez does but have a solution for my intermittent spotty odor issue. After letting the areas dry, it's likely that the product that I bought was also a waste of money. I think I'm being up sold, when, as I mentioned, my first visit took care of things really well. There is no consistency. I was hoping to just try to resolve the ongoing issue by having some semi-regular services.
BTW having service in July, January and February, this is the first time a discount was mentioned for scheduling within 6 months.

When I lived in WA, I saw a program where a Zero Rez rep cleaned a real home. It was so impressive that I wanted to try out a carpet cleaner that left no residue and contained no toxins. After using Zero Rez twice in Boise, I really need don't know why anyone wouldn't use them! The reps are wonderful, the cost is very reasonable, and all my questions to the office staff have been immediately answered!

I appreciated this and him taking the time to explain the process of cleaning our sectional sofa and area rug. He was thorough and our sofa and rug came out much cleaner than before.
