Cory does an excellent job whether it is carpet or hard surface floors. He communicates on arrival time and is honest about what can be done and the results I can expect. Zerorez seems to have solutions to the problems when it comes to cleaning. I highly recommend them. I appreciate their fair pricing.
Cleaning did nothing for dog urine in carpet, was still sticky when carpet dried, did not remove any odor though was told after cleaning that tech did not smell odor. I shampood it myself after I vacuumed and the pick up water was about black from all dirt in carpet after having just been cleaned by zerorez. I didnt find any value in what was done by zerorez

I give zerorez AAA there workmanship and performance price given over the phone was price charged at the end of the job. My tile was installed 27 years ago we had mopped it tried keeping it clean. We had no idea how dirty it really was till the guys come in and put their equipment to work and I was amazed at how clean my tile is it looks brand new even the grout. I thank this company very much for the work that they’ve done for me and will recommend them to even the pickiest homeowners. Thanks again.
We really appreciate the uniqueness of zero residue on the cleaned carpet. I actually got down & smelled it after it dried & it smelled, ‘just plain CLEAN’. No chemical or fragrance smell.

He knows I have allergies and he works really hard to get my rugs clean. I have a dog that sheds 24/7 so I have Nathan come every several months. I breathe much better when he cleans. Ive had a lot of people and company’s clean my rugs over the years. You guys are the best. It may be the equipment you use but I think it’s the people. I always ask for Nathan. He is polite, works really hard and does a great job.
