We had our furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Standard Heating and Air Conditioning so I feel the company is familiar with the equipment. We also appreciate the thoroughness of the tune up services (the technician explains the work and is responsive to questions). Finally, I appreciate the friendliness and promptness of the service technician.

It's just one person's feedback and I know no one wants folks in their way while they work but it sounded as if a battle were taking place in my basement for all the noise that was created and I wish I would have been warned or informed of what needed to be done in a way that I mistook 20 rams to be loosened in my basement rather than my furnace repair man... :)
