Staff has been always helpful when I call. No problem too big for them to solve. (It will be nice when we can do business in person again.) In the past when I've been a customer, deliveries were always punctual and so I never worried about being cold. That's why I am glad to have moved and be able to use the service you provide once again.

The service delivery people are friendly and efficient. The office staff are also very helpful . When I ran out of propane the company was quick to get propane delivered to me and helped me set up automatic delivery which has been great . Overall a very efficient, effective, and customer friendly company.
It's nice to know that Downeast is there when you need them. Twice this fall I had issues with my boiler and they were there same day to get things fixed. Tyler and Jerry came out at 7pm and not only fixed my isues but also corrected a couple other problems ro make my boiler run better. When I ran out of propane on a Saturday, Willie was there within a few hours to fill the tanks. He eben called in advance to let us knows his timing. He was willing to stick around to make sure I got the boiler up and running again. Top notch service all around. Thanks to all the crew at Downeast Energy.

Please keep your payments box at Spring Street. Sending payments in the U. S. Mail 600 miles away through the troubled Philadelphia Post Office will cause serious delays in postings and missed discounts. Thank you.

Good customer service
Great customer service receiving fuel deliveries!!! But, disappointed this year with lack of Annual Service appointments. Have heard from other DownEast customers that they heard different reasons, or more detailed reasons why no regular service work until April.
