I'm so glad you asked: It's your people who made the determining factor for all the products and services I have contracted over the years. They are absolutely tops. So professional, knowledgeable and informative. I never feel dumb when I call them...although, I'm betting some of my questions fit in that dumb category. I want to be sure you understand this applies to the delivery person for oil/propane; the technicians to service my furnace, the scheduling department for appointments and the office staff. Downeast is lucky to have such quality personnel.

You honor your service contracts and get someone here to help as quickly as possible. About 2 weeks ago my furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year so far. I have a service contract so I called and was told that a technician would call me within a half hour. He did and he said he would be over within a half hour. He was. The service technicians name I believe was Tyler. He was here for a while maybe 1 and a half to 2 hours. He was not going to leave until that furnace was running the way it should. I was impressed with his product knowledge and his work ethic.
