We had propane delivered this week to fill an empty tank, the delivery guy was courteous and efficient. After he left we noticed a smell by the tank, we called the office just to be safe. They said they would send someone out to check, that their closest person was in Lewiston, but he would head over. 10 minutes later (Instead of 40) someone showed up. Apparently someone who was in the office when our call came in decided he would come over to check it out. He was was so helpful, explained fully what was going on and put our fears to rest. It was 5 star service all around.
I called because I thought I smelled gas. The woman on the phone was amazing- she got right on it. She told me how to turn off the gas tank and had someone there within the hour to determine whether or not there was a leak. Thank you!
