We had not set up our commercial account correctly - didn't know we needed to change it when we bought the building. As a result, we ran out of propane and it was 59 degrees in our office. I have no need to call for an oil delivery, the oil is always delivered with plenty of time to spare before the tank becomes too low. The men that have come to my home have been helpful, very courteous and have fulfilled their work expeditiously. Thank you Douneast Energy.
