Variety of equipment.
Very open and climate-controlled. Plenty of machines. My trainer is very good and I enjoy working out with him.
Not so crowded!
I love the new weights and machines. Everything is top of the line. I just wish that there was a tanning bed like other gyms
The classroom space is a good size; large enough to handle 30 people easily. It does need a paper towel dispenser for wiping foreheads and keeping floor from getting too damp during Zumba.
The bar is very useful and mirrored walls helpful when watching movement and posture during exercising and dance classes.
The facilities are very clean with fairly new equipment on the exercise floor.
Bathroom facilities are very clean and well kept.
Hand weights are needed in 4 lb and 6 lb sizes.
More scheduled daytime classes would attract more local seniors looking to keep healthy.
The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Abundance of machines
Big clean facility and everyone is nice. But please service the stair masters; many have various problems with controls, tv etc

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile as you enter and leave the gym. The gym is clean and fully equipped.
Took advantage of the free workout and signed up 24 hours later. The staff was outstanding - super helpful, informative, and went out of their way to make sure my guest visit went okay. Highly recommend!

The facility is great, and the 2 classes I have taken are also great - Monday night yoga, and Tuesday & Thursday 11am exercise.

The cleanliness of the facility & how you were able to make accommodations to bring over the classes & staff from Retro. Your front desk helpfulness to make the transaction to a new facility easy & always being so pleasant. I’m very happy being a member of The Fitness Factory & hope to attend additional classes & familiarize myself with the exercise equipment on the floor. I just wish you excepted Silver Sneakers, like the Rockaway location does.

Love the staff, love the equipment, the space is clean and people are respectful. The staff is responsive to requests and engages with every member which is really nice! I love this gym. I wish the WIFI was better and that the wipes were regularly refilled as it often takes a while of walking around to find one that is not empty.

I really like the Fitness Factory location in Yonkers because it has a clean, spacious layout and a great variety of equipment for any type of workout. The gym has an energetic vibe without feeling overcrowded, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s convenient, well-maintained, and has everything I need to stay consistent with my fitness goals.
