The staff is friendly, a good panel of machines available
I own a business around the corner from this gym. It is like a second home to me. The manager has made changes recently that have really improved this establishment. He cares, which is rare. Iv mentioned issues that needed to be addressed and he took care of them. I love this gym. My only issue is the showed need to be cleaned more regularly. The shower heads are disgusting. And it takes a while for the water to get hot. Other than that, this is my forever gym!
The staff is very friendly and helpful...and Julissa is a MAGNIFICENT trainer! She's focused. She knows our limits and works with them to help us address them.

My parents, friends, and I often see new faces, yet every staff member makes us feel welcome.
Mr. Jason is especially outstanding. English is not my parents' first language, and they speak very highly of him because he is always there to help when they need assistance.
No matter how busy Mr. Jason is with other customers, he always makes sure my parents are taken care of once he is finished. He regulary asks my parents, friends, and me if we need anything and does his best to accommodate our requests.
We also recently met a new manager who is very kind and professional. He introduced himself, which reassured us that we are in good hands.
The women's bathroom is generally fine. I do notice staff members regularly going in to clean, which is appreciated.

Clean, pleasant, high quality equipment, friendly staff, just generally a high quality gym. The building itself is really bright and airy as well, good ambiance. They seem responsive to feedback too. Rarely crowded, there are maybe one or two machines I use that are in high demand but otherwise I never have issues.

Fitness Factory has all of the equipment for a great workout. Classes are taught by excellent instructors and the overall experience there is great. All ages and workout levels welcome!
I like that the staff is very friendly, the gym is clean and the way the gym is setup is perfect.. I do wish they would look at the sauna in the mens room as it seems like only one side of the coils gets hot.
