Our manager really cares about our health. You can tell that she values the staff as well. If an instructor takes a day off, she makes sure to arrange a substitute for us so we don’t have to worry. She even finds better instructors when possible—she’s truly wonderful. The facility itself has been improving year by year with upgrades. They offer services for a wide range of age groups and listen to customer feedback.
I often take group lessons, and I really enjoy them. Thanks to the manager providing such great classes, going to the gym is fun, and I’m really happy to be able to stay healthy.

Great staff, equipment, and members. This is the cleanest fitness facility I have ever belonged to. The free weights are always racked in the correct place and equipment is generally serviced very timely when repairs are needed. I would definitely recommend to others.

I absolutely love Fitness Factory Rockaway! The gym is always super clean, well set up, and has everything you need for a great workout. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole environment really positive and motivating. Working out with Ahmad is the highlight of my experience—he’s so kind, patient, and encouraging. He knows how to push me to do my best while still making sure I feel comfortable, and that makes such a huge difference. Between the great atmosphere, supportive staff, and Ahmad’s guidance, this gym is definitely my favorite place to be!
