Friendly Staff. For the most part, wait for the equipment use is good.
It’s a no frills gym. Enough machines for everyone. Clean. Great for the price. I also very much enjoy the classes open to all members (not the SGT). Please consider adding HIIT and Tabata for those of us really needing a difficult class- after 5:30pm.
The Fitness Factory New Providence is my home gym and I love it. It is clean and the people there are very thoughtful and nice. It is very clean and the gentleman that cleans the locker rooms and weights and equipment does an excellent job. I never wait for the bike or equipment and it is overall a really nice gym for me. I also maintain an annual black membership to Planet Fitness but for me Fitness Factory is better and my preference.
The people are friendly and passionate about their work.

The gym is clean, it has great amenities for the price sauna, hot tub steam room. The equipment is top, brand new, lots of machines and equipment. If you dont mind the dated lockers and the ambience is dead. Then you should be fine. Many years coming here and this is the best equipt it has ever been.the mood though down. Frist after 5 pm music needs to be pumping, motivating you. nope. its dead in there.
Lots of varied equipment, workout classes and personal training
Everything.... First of all, the size of the gym, the gym always smells nice & clean, the equipment/s are always working properly, the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The noise level in each activity section is not loud, and the music is always nice and the sound is level. The Sauna is clean and comfortable, as well as the rest rooms and the locker rooms. Thank you for the Sauna, it's a life saver. On my exhausting days when I'm not in the mood to exercise, the Sauna is all I will come in for.......maximum 20 minutes. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. Thank you for such excellent service.

The staff are very friendly and the people working out are also friendly and helpful. The equipments are usually readily available at the time slot that I go. If I have a problem with a machine someone is always available to assist me. The class instructors are also great, supportive and friendly.
Well kept, friendly staff, large rooms, plenty of stations.
Will continue going to both Edgewater and Pal Park 4/5 times a week. Highly recommended.
Open very early
The Fitness Factory continues to offer a great facility in terms of hours, equipment, staff and affordability. Michelle and Chris run the place in a friendly, helpful, professional way. I plan to have membership there for a long time.

I love the Fitness Factory Mt. Olive. It is still in great shape and relatively new and you guys keep it exceptionally clean and inviting.
One thing that would be nice is to be able to lower the volume of the music playing upstairs near the stationary bikes. I watch YouTube on my iPad to take my mind off the punishment on the bike and the music upstairs is so loud it challenges my airpods in my ears. If I can lower that when I am up there, that would be great
