Please fix the fans in the Group Fitness room. There always seems to be an issue with the fans or AC when the hot weather is kicking off. It’s not healthy to work out in a hot humid room, and people in the weight area complain of the music if we open the door to get air to circulate.
And please don’t set the cooling temp to 76 degrees when it is warm out as the system won’t turn on and the air doesn’t circulate at all, leaving stagnant hot damp air.

Thank you for your response. We are in the process of replacing most of the out dated equipment, however due to some back orders it has taken longer than anticipated. Please be patient as we are trying to make many improvements and upgrades.

John's Body Blast Bootcamp is amazing. Every class is different and it doesn't matter if you are at beginner, intermediate or advanced level, anyone can do this class.
The expansion with all of the new equipment is awesome!

Fitness Factory is the best all-around gym in the area.
It truly has everything you need under one roof. The location is convenient, and the facility offers an outstanding selection of equipment, including free weights, strength-training machines, and cardio equipment to support any fitness goal. There are multiple machines and weight options for each muscle group, so you rarely have to wait for equipment.
The group fitness classes are excellent, the juice bar is a great bonus, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The gym is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment to work out in. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Fitness Factory provides everything needed for a complete fitness experience.

Very clean
I like FF very much. I usually come in at 2-3 pm. The only thing is that the kids come in at 3:30 or so and they can be bit annoying, dropping weights, socializing, rough housing equipment. So I try to time it earlier in the afternoon. Otherwise Fitness Factory is the best gym around. I have membership at LA Fitness at Cliffwood too and I prefer Fitness Factory. The attendants are polite, the equipment are kept clean and functioning. The TV connections on the trade mills are spotty and can cut out - (3rd and 4th from the left). But there are always others available.
Cleanliness,friendly staff, not crazy crowded. Would love a mid morning class of yoga(10am or so) to be offered.

Fitness Factory New Providence is a great gym. What a great value, they have all the latest equipment and they are all well maintained. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The gym have great instructors and offered fitness classes for all level of fitness.
I like the gym and would recommend. However I hate all the chalk on every piece of equipment and weight. No one wipes it down and it is even on the non free weight machines which I can’t understand for the life of me.

Great gym lots of options for machines, staff always friendly, LOVE the smoothie bar, drink and protein options. Overall great vibe at this gym very comfortable here

I enjoy Linda’s classes and the cleanliness of the locker room and the sauna.
BTW if you really want to have a “no sneakers in the sauna” compliance, I suggest that there be a sign IN the sauna. Folks don’t see the sign outside the sauna.
