Plenty of clean equipment and friendly staff.
I like my personal trainer. I feel I’m making good progress with him and I need to get in shape. Also, all the machines seem really neat as I haven’t worked out in a long time. Also, the place seems clean and the staff is friendly.

All equipment is working and I love the pop-up classes.
The staff is always friendly, and management actually listens to feedback and handles it in a constructive way, which you don’t see everywhere. I also appreciate how clean the place is you can regularly see employees wiping down machines, and they encourage members to do the same. That level of cleanliness is a big reason I switched over, so I hope they keep it up. Plus, the new equipment is a great bonus!
Good gym equipment/ right amount of room , dont feel like you are in top of everyone. Really like the turf area
I like that premises are very clean, staff is very nice and co-ordial. All this is good, but have some comments, see below:
1. Some of the old matrix treadmills need total calibration. They have their own mind, speed can go up by itself! And wrong display of speed and elevation can mess up one's work out plan.
2. The first TV on the side facing the road always freezes. Either fix it or replace it, please.
And finally, have you thought of giving some discount to members based on length of membership?

All of the front desk personnel I have interacted with are professional, friendly, and give their best effort to assist me whenever I have a question. I would like to give a special shoutout to Kevin. The facility is always clean and organized and the recently installed bathroom and sauna are a major upgrade. The beverage offerings and prepared meals come in clutch when I am running late on time and everything feels like it's priced fairly. I also have yet to see a machine out of order for longer than a week or so at most which is always reassuring. I look forward to being with this gym for the foreseeable future and happily anticipate whatever new additions come our way as members.
