I started using Northwest 8 years ago when I first moved into my new home as a single mom. At the time, I was struggling with ants in my pantry and felt frustrated that my current pest control company wasn’t solving the problem. I called Northwest and told them exactly what I needed, to eliminate the ants and set up a maintenance plan to keep pests from coming back. Eight years later, they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. Their team has always been kind, professional, and reliable. I couldn’t be happier with their service and recommend them to everyone I know!

Communication is key for me and Travis is very consistent and considerate of my time. He lets me know if he’s held up at another location and provides me with a time he should be finished and updates if he’s not, text when he’s on his way and provide a time when he should be at my location. Very punctual.
He does not rush when he gets to my location. He’s very thorough. He lets me know when he’s arriving and he lets me know when he’s leaving and I have to give him a 10 star for that.
