So far everyone has been friendly and didn't seem like they were trying to do a rush job came when they said they would and a human answered the phone not a recording and it will take a little time to see if there pesticides are a good quality

Our technician Kevin Brown is very friendly & thorough. The service we get from Northwest Exterminating is always phenomenal. If we ever have had any problems, they are quick to solve & resolve them. You cannot go wrong with setting up Northwest for all of your exterminating needs!

I like that our technician keeps in touch. He calls me when he is on the way and tells me what he will be doing at each visit. I can also update him on any changes or issues that need to be handled.
