He only had to do one small thing and they were gone. I call that going above and beyond the call of duty. He is GREAT!

Quick response to the request, and effective treatments. We had some nasty bugs at the back patio and in the sides. He sprayed some mixed solution he prepared on the spot and bugs were almost gone by day end.
