Shane does a great job. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done. He noticed I had ants. I have been fighting them for several weeks now. He said I should have called him. I had not idea that I should call him about the ants. He immediately determined where they were entering the house and put bait there to eliminate the problem. Not many people would be that attentive or caring. Thank you for the good work.

And the MOST IMPORTANT thing I like is, I can speak to a real live person to get answers right now!
I deplore having to submit my request on any voice mail or computer system knowing it may be days, weeks, or never to get a response.
