Prompt service, notifications sent before and after servicing, no spraying inside the house unless needed, termite stations inspected several times a year, wildlife problems handled promptly and thoroughly.
I found the field. Staff were incredibly patient and clear in all of their explanations. I purchased multiple services with confidence. Extremely happy with the installation of the Sentra Con with the at home service and with the salesmanship of the Sentra con system. I previously had three homes with the company and just due to circumstances drop them, but they were definitely top-notch then and top-notch now.

Although scheduling this last time was a bit problematic, generally personnel are friendly and competent. The services have made a big difference. I especially appreciate Ben Wiggins -- he is helpful, thorough, and personable.

Lorna did an excellent job treating the outside of our home. She explained everything she did before she left and even gave the dog a treat.
All ways call/text to let me know what day they will be at my home and serviceman calls to let me know how far away he is before arriving.
