I love my tech!! He’s prompt, and very thorough. He is easy to work with. Always make sure to ask if I have any issues. Now, on the other hand, your offices stink if it wasn’t for my tech, I would’ve broken my contract and I’m not the only one that has a problem with the offices. The people who recommended your company also has problems with the office. They don’t call ahead they don’t relay messages. It’s almost like I have to do all the work. Orkin does a much better job. They relay messages they make appointments ahead of time much easier to deal with. I don’t have to do all the work on setting up times and appointments.
