Demetrius was very thorough. Notified us when he was coming for the service and notified us when he was providing the service so we knew he was on the property.

Replaced numerous termite baits as they were broken. Do not recall the last time baits were replaced because of damage.

Office staff is always available to speak to me on the phone. I never have to leave a voice message and wait for someone to call me back. And MOST OF ALL, I don't have to enter all my requests online and wonder if I will ever get a response! I can get immediate questions answered about billing or getting messages to my service rep.

Mr. Brad is always super nice and sends a heads up text message before each appointment. My pest control works! I never have bugs and when I do start seeing spiders or earwigs I’m able to call and have a between service done with no issues. The price is very reasonable!!! Cheaper than anyone else around Huntsville!
