I probably will be looking for another place to get my hair cut because every time you get use to a hairstylist there gone, Savana was really good hairstylist and new how to communicate with you as she cut your hair. This other day when I got my haircut the girl was a dud and did not even ask for her name or don’t really remember her telling me her name. Y’all’s constant revolving of hairstylist is not good customer service!!!
Not listening, she argue , bad hair cut

As I am pulling into the parking lot, I get a text that I have been removed from the line up. What? So, my timing was going to be close. The last information that I had was that stylist would be available in 6 minutes and Waze said I was 6 minutes away. Either I was going to make it or a person, who was in the store, would be serviced. However, I was removed from the list. The line-up board says see stylist. I indicate that I was removed. I was told "ok" but I did not show on the board. Something like "you will be after him or when stylist is done" (I don't remember wording).
Ok, so this appear to be a mix up and would be handled off-book. Well, a man was finished and then his some was seated. Hmmmm.
The first stylist had a list of customers that had selected her. Ok, fair enough. She was selecting her customer and then I showed on the board. It all seemed very weird.
While I have only been in Fulshear for 2.5 years, I have been using Sport Clips for over 20 years. Sure, things happen, but this seemed shady.
Y’all…spend the money and get. Live. Sports.
This NFL Network rerun business gets old real quick, especially when there are playoff games, regular season games, March madness, baseball…so many options.
It’s disappointing to show up, know there are games on, know there are tvs playing, know it is called SportClips and not have live sports on. What a shame. I might as well just go to Great Clips, no live sports there either.
I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years. I think it’s time to look elsewhere.

Phen is a fantastic stylist who is friendly and professional. She always does a fantastic job when she cuts my family’s hair. Always enjoy our visit to Sport Clips along with your favorite line of hair care products. However I would suggest possibly expanding your product line and offer some type of facial moisturizer specifically for men.

Friendly atmosphere and a very clean shop
Stylist was upset before my 2 sons got in the haircut chair she was inappropriately talking about a child prior to my sons getting there cut so I knew she wasn’t going to like my kids. I have a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old my 5 yr old does good but my 3 yr old is still adjusting so he moved a little bit but he didn’t cry or anything excessive. She kept stopping and throwing her hands to her side as if she was fed up and sighing loudly while making comments which is a bit dramatic but I kept my comments to myself. Then every time I bring my kids to get there haircut here noone ever does a fade correctly and I keep giving this place second chances and I get disappointed every time. I don’t think they really know how to do a fade so it never actually gets done, last time I told the lady that I asked for a fade and she looked at me like what do you mean? And once I explained myself she called it something else and I was like no a fade and I explained myself again and she still didn’t do it right.
