I really enjoy my time at SportsClips every time I visit! Staff always greet you when you come in and the sign-in process is simple and seamless. I just want to give a big shout-out to my stylist, Illyana! Every time I get a trim from her, I always get compliments on my hair. Thank you for being so awesome!

Your online app that allows you to get in line prior to arriving works wonderfully. Also you're able to pick your stylus prior to your visit. Very competent employees make the visit fast and pleasant.

The online check-in process at Sport Clips is extremely frustrating and, in my experience, completely unfair to customers who are already waiting in the store.
I waited about 40 minutes for a stylist. My name was already on the board and I was about to be seated when another customer who had checked in online arrived and was moved ahead of me. I was understanding about it and agreed to let him go first.
I then told Ana, who was working there, that I was stepping next door for literally a few minutes to grab something to drink. When I returned—no more than two minutes later—my name had been removed from the board. I asked Ana what happened, and she explained that another stylist had called my name while I was gone and, because I wasn't there at that exact moment, they moved on to someone else.
That makes absolutely no sense. I had already waited 40 minutes, voluntarily allowed an online check-in customer to go ahead of me, and specifically told an employee that I was stepping out for just a couple of minutes. Yet I lost my place because I wasn't standing there when my name was called.
If online check-in customers are given flexibility and priority, customers who have already spent 40 minutes physically waiting in the store deserve some basic consideration too. The system—and how this situation was handled—needs to be improved.

Most of your employees are quiet pleasant and thorough. Very occasionally someone is in a hurry. It happens. Overall a very pleasant experience. Not really complaining.
