The Stylist. The sports while getting hair cut
I like the fact that the lady that there was very nice she was very professional whenever I was talking about my wife. She listened and took interest in the conversation and my hair has never looked better. She did a very great job cutting my hair. That’s why I only trust sports clips to cut my hair.
My Stylist Elizabeth at the Conroe location was AMAZING, she always is, 10/10. Great Haircut, great customer service.
However there was some manager or corporate person watching her. I mean STARING at us the whole haircut, wash, and styling. It was extremely uncomfortable. Ruined the whole experience. Do better Sportsclips. Also I imagine that would probably make your stylists uncomfortable as well.

Lower prices for standard haircut
The two stylists we did have were wonderful, and so very friendly. But this one stylist, whom after I reviewed my son's hair cut with, and even had selected on the app. Just wasted my time and handed him off to another stylist. No communication nothing. Her rudeness was without a doubt the worst treatment in a Sports Clips. I did address this to the stylists on duty. Very rude and discouraging.

The reason for my high rating is always going to be Kelsey, not only is she awesome at cutting hair but her customer service is EXCELLENT. Everytime I visit her she treats me as a friend. We always have something to talk about and make my haircut experience so worth it Everytime.
