I love the idea that I can check-in by phone and see how long it will before I am able to be seen. This is a very important part of my experience as I don’t have to waste a lot of time waiting in the lobby for a chair. The girls that do the cutting are very good at their job. They are also very friendly and make me feel like they are interested in doing a good job and making me feel special. All in all, it is a very refreshing experience.

The shop was clean and spacious; the staff is very friendly and calls you by name. The appointment sign in online is easy to use along with the check-in process. You can get a simple haircut or a cut with extras. The prices are reasonable with price reductions for seniors or veterans. The demographics are mainly for men, but women are welcome.
The only thing missing is a technician to cut finger and toenails.

Rachel is top shelf and very professional. She knows exactly how to cut and shape my hair.
I had a 5$ coupon. Amount due showed up as 25$ before I gave my 5$ coupon. Amount due should have dropped down to 20$ but nope! Instead, amount due was raised to 30$ and then dropped down to 25$. Basically the store didn’t want to honor the coupon or rather tried to show me as if they applied the coupon
