My son and I went in for our first visit and we're disappointed. I paid for the MVP and got none of the services, they did not offer any other packages. Very cold and not very welcoming, we figured our first experience would have been good but far from it.

Great customer service, i was the last customer of the day, and when i left my hair was a little off and they allowed me to come back in (after the store was closed) and touch it up for me. Very kind people.

I’ve had a preset on my son’s haircut for a long time. What’s the point if the stylist is going to ignore half of it?
Hated to be snarky when I walked over, but she was all proud that she read a 5 on sides and back. I’m like, what about the finger length on top? (Which was 4+ inches) I guess you’ve got bigger fingers than me!
