staff is friendly, waits (if any) are reasonable, and prices are not too high. The quality of haircuts is solid for the most part, with a few areas that could be improved (e.g. attention to detail in the type of hairstyle client has and offering suggestions on techniques that could improve the overall look or fix any flaws). Satisfied overall.

Less sports TV that is only commentators. Play games, game replays, any else. No one wants to hear grown men arguing about sports.

The ladies in the Kingwood location have not disappointed! When my husband and son went in for a beard trim and hair cut, both came out feeling like a million bucks! We have had excellent service from this location with no complaints! My son is always really happy with his hair at the kingwood location! We will continue to return!
Services are great at most locations! Never been a fan of putting products in my hair so wouldn't know about yours.
