There is a lot that I like. The App’s scheduling arrangement and status notification is excellent. The facilities are nice and the pricing of services is reasonable. All that being said, having a stylist like Jennifer, who is very nice, professional and simply excellent at her craft is the thing that makes me a loyal repeat customer!
The products have enough verity to cover all my needs. The employees are well informed on the products and are able to make recommendations easily.

I use 2 stylists at the Sports Clips I go to. All of the stylists are wonderful, friendly and professional. The hair balm snd shampoo I buy from there are awesome too!
The ability to sign in online and be aware of wait times is great. The customers are always greeted when they walk in. Everyone that works there seems to be professional and friendly.

the service is usually great, but yesterday I got the wash and towel. The stylist did not dry my hair after the wash. I had to dry it a bit after dripping down my back.
