I have been a Sports Clips customer for more than 10 years. I prefer the MVP. This particular time was the most disappointing MVP I have ever had. The haircut was fine and was completed very quickly. The shampoo, hot towel and shoulder massage were also quick. In fact the shoulder massage was completely skipped.
I will never use that stylist again.

I enjoy getting a haircut and talking to my stylist Maria. Very likable and cuts my hair the way I like it.
I never have the same stylist, some are better than others. Usually a short wait, not a problem. Most are very friendly. I usually go at 9;00am.

Once again, the self hype, based on my pervious experience, lived up to it. I had a fun time getting my hair cut at the "Jones Crossing" location with Eva. She always had a smile on her face and kept a positive energy. The specific location is well out of the way to get to from my house, but it is always well worth it.
Bri is the best! She always kind and wanting to give a perfect cut. Will always ask for Bri

Sawdust location was closed down so I went to spring stuebner and the person who cut my hair (Anna) did a very poor job. 0 blending on top and sides, crooked neck line, cut into my hairline on right side. I paid $25 for the haircut and a $7 tip and immediately had to leave and go to the next closest location off of Cypresswood. I showed the person at that location my receipt from spring stuebner and explained the situation. She clearly noticed that my haircut was messed up and let me know she’ll fix it. She gave a decent haircut but due to the original cut my hair is much shorter than I wanted. She then charged me $21 for the haircut and I tipped another $7. Good customer service is giving me a second haircut for free with the option for me to tip. So now I am out $60 and have a poor haircut. Very disappointed. Miss the old location.
