After the bad experience at Copperfield, and the poor response by your Customer Service (Monique) Kay might have saved you a long-term customer. She was polite and did a good job. Congrats to her! After next trip I'll make my decision as to whether I continue with Sports Clips.
This was my first experience and it was great. I am 83 yrs old and the only issue was that there was not a chair with handles as i am handicap and need to be able to push up with my hands to stand. One of the ladies offered me a empty barber chair while i waited a very short time and that was very much appreciated. LU was my Barber and when I come back i want her to cut my hair as she was very very great. My experience was fantastic, Oh by the way i am retired 26 yr vet and got the mil discount which was greatly appreciated as i am on a fixed budget.
I still like for format of watching sports while waiting. Hair cuts are as good as any, and there is a discount for senior men's cuts.
