I asked for first available. When my turn came up, an older and presumably experienced server motioned me to her station. Something changed her mind and I was pointed to a young girl that turned out in training. I didn't know that until an experienced lady came in at a certain time and began showing the trainee what to do. She trimmed more and asked if I wanted a MVP. It's what I have done occasionally and I said yes. The hot towel was not very hot. The scalp massage lasted about 15 seconds showing little experience. After she was finished she placed the wet towel on my shoulders and walked me back to her station. She applied some gel to my hair, combed it back and said she was done. She did not allow me to see my finished job with a rear view look with a mirror. When I got home I brushed my hair and it looks chopped up and uneven. I don't have a lot of hair, and it doesn't take any special care to get a trim satisfactory. I will continue to go there for convenience. But I'll request an experienced person. I've been using Sport Clips for 30 years, beginning at the Houston Galleria location. And never got a bad haircut.
