I would like to share some feedback regarding my son’s recent haircut on Thursday, February 12th.
During the appointment, the stylist mentioned that she was in a hurry, which made me feel as though we were being rushed and that the service was being done as a favor rather than as a valued appointment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this. On more than one occasion, my son’s haircut has felt rushed, and the results have reflected that. After this most recent visit, his hair was uneven and contained several noticeable mistakes.
I fully understand that schedules can become busy; however, I believe every customer deserves the same level of attention, care, and professionalism. I would appreciate it if you could kindly remind staff that all clients should be treated equally and given the time necessary to ensure quality service.

Its always fast and efficient when I go to Sport Clips and the stylists listen to what I want.

You assume everyone grew up with computers. I am 67 years old and did not grow up with computers.
I always get a hair cut and shampoo and only a few times have they done the massage and half the time the shampoo massage is like 2 min not very consistent some times I get someone who does it all and does a great job but most the time with the turn around at my location it’s just ok service and I now go there as a last resort

Teresa is absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly professional, pays close attention to detail, and always makes sure you walk out looking your best. She’s also very talkative in a great way, easy to chat with, welcoming, and creates a comfortable atmosphere during the entire visit.
Overall, she does great work and provides a really enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a reliable and talented stylist!
