Stylist asked what we wanted for my son’s haircut. I responded that he wanted a mullet, with a tight short fade, trim the top for texture and leave the back. She responded with so a #2 or #3 on the side. I said #2 on the side. She said so #2 on the bottom all the way around. I told her no, he wanted a mullet and she just looked at me. She barely trimmed anything, on the sides or top. My wife was sitting in the waiting area and I turned to ask her to come look and by the time I had turned around she had my son out of the chair and ready to go. Minus cleaning the hair off of him or waiting for our approval. The whole haircut took maybe 5 minutes. I’m not one to make a scene but if I could’ve walked out without paying I would have. We will definitely not be going back. And now I feel like I need to take my son somewhere to get his haircut because it looks like nothing was done.

Keep stylists longer with some sort of incentive. New people every month currently and when you find a good one they are gone after a while. Bertha at this store was the best and awesome. Hope she stays forever and gets a raise. Everyone go see BERTHA!!

I noticed your on deck logic priories petron with hair stylist selected, So someone with "anyone available" sits while others who potentially joined queue later get the chance, Not the sylist problem, but maybe someone needs to see the software logic for fairness
