I generally enjoy my Sportclips haircut experiences.
I have not gotten a haircut at the Highway 6 location recently.
Gave me a time to arrive when all but one stylists were at lunch. Had to wait about 5 mins for one to arrive for my son and another 5 or so for mine. While I wasn't in a hurry today, this isn't the first time that I've had this issue. Today's was a little faster than the norm. We're not greeted in any way as no one noticed that we arrived as the only stylist had her back to the door. I just don't feel that we are getting 25-30 dollars per haircut from this location. Will be looking for lower cost options elsewhere so to justify these shortcomings.

Sophie Plum was absolutely a delight to talk to. She was very personable and professional at the same time. She listened to exactly how I wanted my haircut and the services that I requested. She executed everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend her and visit her in the future.

I take my daughter to sports clips because the ladies are fantastic with her. Our most recent visit we had Sara as our barber and she was the absolute best! My daughter can’t wait to go back

I was in and out quickly. Stylist did a very good job on knowing what i wanted.
First of all, I love the service that I receive from my stylist Hillary. Her customer service is awesome. Second, I love the products, especially the sport shampoo and conditioner as well as the hair gel. Sport clips Port Arthur Texas is a great place with a great environment.
