The stylist I met with yesterday did not show basic understanding of hairstyles and following of instructions. After not knowing what a mullet was, and after explanation that it did NOT involve shaving off the neck, she did it anyway. She did not seem to have a good grasp of English, nor her chair, as she had me *tilt forward and back in the chair* while using her tools since she didn’t know how to use the pump or something. I would still go back to the store, but I would NEVER book with Puram (?) again and I call into question how she got her license.
Jonathan was excellent and gave me great information on products I could use to style my hair as well as plant based shampoo and conditioner to use for my thinning hair.
It's easy to make appointments and i like the lady that cuts my hair.

Checked in online. Was told to be there by 145pm. I did not start getting my haircut until 230pm. Massive fail

Good haircut
Free neck trims are not easily welcomed at all locations. Apparently not all locations gather the same data to show where someone has been depending on the franchise or ownership. This store had data only from 2023 of me but I have been to sports clips multiple times and even just a few months ago. Because it showed 2023 they kind of gave me a hard time about the neck trim because I was not a regular to that location, but I am a regular to Sportsclips. They still did it but it made me not feel very welcomed for it and that SportsClips needs to do a better job about data in clients so we don't have these awkward experiences when we go to multiple locations

Rachel my hair stylist is amazing, she always does a great job and listens to how I would like my hair.
Been going for 10 years, got a brand new stylist, said I absolutely had to wash my hair because she didn't know how to cut it. Otherwise, been to my location 100 times at least, I say OK, that's never happened., I get a good haircut, I go to pay, she says it's $40, I go it doesn't even say $40 anywhere on your board, it's always been 25 or 2028, she says yeah, but I washed your hair, I said you chose to do that. I told you I didn't want it washed. It had never been washed while I got it cut, I said I'll pay the 40 but I'll never come back, then some other stylist interrupts and says it's fine. It's $28. She made a mistake, so it's not mandatory to get your hair washed in order to get 2 inches off my length of hair, you should not be charged for it or attempted to charge for it.
