The floors looked great when all the shampooing and tile work was done.
Prompt, with good communication. Good explanation of services to be performed. Good care of the house from damage or letting heat/cold/pets out. Provider (Arnel) was very professional and courteous. The job was done in the time they specified, no unnecessary mess or issue. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.
Great service: 1) responsive, 2) punctual, 3) affordable.
1) The customer service associate was clear about the schedule and pricing structure. It was obvious that they are not making it up on the fly like other guys, but following clear guidelines.
2) The technician showed up within promised time frame. Called 20 min before arrival. Was clear to explain what he is going to do, how long it will take. Talked about other services, showed what was in my ducts - not critical, but was very nice of him
3) $18/vent you cannot beat. Plus it is from a reliable big company, what usually charges premium for items 1) and 2), but not with Zerorez - still the cheapest in the area

Great service and care!
Zero-Rez lives up to it's name. My carpets look brand new again. No soapy residue and excess water. Carpets smell fresh are soft, foot traffic resistant and dry quickly.
The workers were polite and efficient. There was not a strong lingering odor when the cleaning was completed.
Overall it was a great experience. There were only a couple of areas that still seemed wet by evening. Other than that the carpet was pet much dry in 4 hours.

Great service and a great product. I asked about other products such as cleaning a tile shower and they have special cleaning equipment to get into grout joints. I will be calling them back for that but the carpets look great. The individual cleaning our carpets understood carpet make up, types of flooring and how to clean it all. I was impressed.

Zerorez carpet cleaners were very prompt, polite, and proficient! My carpets look fabulous! The whole process was quick; they were in and out in no time at all. I took advantage of their promotion of 3 rooms for $25 per room, so it was relatively inexpensive.
The technicians were good to explain everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. They also offered suggestions, and were very thorough. My carpet is old and worn, and it never looks great after it's been cleaned, but this time it looked brighter and better than ever before. I did put down old towels over the heavy traffic areas for a couple of days because I was walking on those areas a lot. They had put a protectant on the carpet, and it looked really good.
I was surprised to learn that you also did tile cleaning, my bathroom, shower, and kitchen turned out very clean, almost like it was new again. Your service persons did a great job.
