Zerores cleaned our tiled entry/kitchen/bathroom/laundry. Overall, it looked much better. However, under all toe kicks the floor was still dirty. Also, the tech had wet booties over his shoes that left dirty damp spots all over the floor. I called to discuss this and was told that toe kicks are hard for the equipment to get under. So it just gets left dirty? Someone is coming out to take a second look on 4/16. Hopefully we can get the whole floor clean and not have to scrub around the edges ourselves. I would suggest using equipment that will fit under the cabinets so that area can be cleaned or that you specify ahead of time not to expect that area to be cleaned.

The service was prompt and professional, but I don’t feel like the quality of the cleaning was worth what I paid. My carpets don’t look any cleaner than they were before. The few stains I was hoping would come out didn’t, and the truck was out of spot cleaning products.
We were not sure what to expect based on the radio ads we have heard but we wanted this area cleaned and this was our opportunity to check out Zerorez and we are very impressed. Thanks for the professional work done, we are very pleased.

I live in a rental so the carpets aren't in the greatest shape. I wanted to get the carpets cleaned just so they felt clean, whether the stains came out or not. Now the carpet looks amazing! My landlord is gonna owe me! They look better than they did when we moved in. It was so fast and they came out looking great. Our technician, Corbin, was really friendly. He went over the process very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful and even helped get me a discount on my services. I would highly recommend and will definitely have them back.

After writing my initial review, I found three very deep gouged areas in my paint on two corners. They will require repair and painting. These were caused by the equipment. The technician was very thorough and polite, but I did fail to notice these areas until after he had gone.
You were really prompt and called before you came. Went right to work and explained everything you did. There was difinitely a difference in our carpet.
The floors looked great when all the shampooing and tile work was done.
Prompt, with good communication. Good explanation of services to be performed. Good care of the house from damage or letting heat/cold/pets out. Provider (Arnel) was very professional and courteous. The job was done in the time they specified, no unnecessary mess or issue. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.

1) The customer service associate was clear about the schedule and pricing structure. It was obvious that they are not making it up on the fly like other guys, but following clear guidelines.
2) The technician showed up within promised time frame. Called 20 min before arrival. Was clear to explain what he is going to do, how long it will take. Talked about other services, showed what was in my ducts - not critical, but was very nice of him
3) $18/vent you cannot beat. Plus it is from a reliable big company, what usually charges premium for items 1) and 2), but not with Zerorez - still the cheapest in the area
