They were on time, did everything that they said they would, and the end result was wonderful. They were even communicative throughout the process with me to make sure that I got the results I wanted. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and their ability to communicate, two things that seem to be lacking in most businesses nowadays

The tech was very nice and explained what he was going to do and the extra cost for spot extraction. What I didn't like was the smell of the house after the carpets dried. It should have smelled better than it did. Also, I don't believe all the chemicals were extracted well. All the carpet was 'crunchy' after it dried. The last thing that surprised me was how quick the tech finished, which to me is probably the reason why the smell was there and the carpets still had soap residue in them.

The tile and carpet were like new after cleaning. The carpets were dry within hours. Christian communicated with us throughout the process.

The technician was personable and professional. However, there was a pink spot on the carpet (not the red one he tried so hard to remove) when he left. I decided to try spot shot just for the heck of it. The spot came up. That was a bit disappointing. I'm sure it was from a spilled drink of some sort. I guess using only water doesn't clean as well as some type of cleaner would.
Service was great. Carpet looks great. More information should be put out before service is done. Other options were offered on his arrival. Carpet protection. Your TV commercial said 3 rooms at certain price, disposal price was not mentioned, moving furniture extra charges,

I will admit carpet is clean, but that is what I expected! I have fans on spots that are still not dry! It has been 24 hours! I assume these are the extraction areas I requested to be done? My carpet is lush, with thick padding, I'm inclined to think this CANNOT be very good that it is not dry? I'm dreading the consequences! Speaking of the quality of my carpet, 90% of the time I walk on it bare footed. It feels like there is a residue. Hopefully vacuuming will resolve that, though a couple has not helped yet. In conclusion, it was NOT $300.00 well spent!
