did a fantastic job and quick service
Felipe was very conscientious about keeping my hose clean. answered all my question. Time was taken to clean thoroughly and deeply. the carpet is clean and the tile as well. I am very satisfied with this product and process. I was kept aware of the date and time that company would be here and they were on time.

Carpet just wasn't clean.
I got out our portable cleaner, which we had never used and did my small area again. Got quite a bit of dirt out.
I'm too tired to do the other areas again, but plan to in the next few weeks.
Had a small spot on one carpet and asked about it. A bit surprised it couldn't be lifted. The carpet is only 18 months old and the spot less than 2 months.
Wondered if we could add the stairs, but didn't seem like that was possible on short notice. The "brush" then broke at the end of the regular job. I'm wondering if that's the reason the carpet wasn't so great.
Considered adding a few runners, but the price to clean them looked to be about what I paid for them, so not worth it.
Also had less than about 45 square foot living area to clean. Seemed unreasonable to pay the same as a 250 square area. Although it looked like the small area in the bedroom was included even though I was told that wasn't doable without another room fee. So I did appreciate that. Just too bad I had to do it again.
Not anything to be done about it really. Discouraging after paying $300. Won't go this route again.

the carpet looks great there's not a spot on it it feels good to walk on and it just looks brand new again.

I was offended that we were asked to possibly add a tip. I always think if this is asked you may need to pay your people more.
