My 18 year old carpet looked like it was brand new, No other carpet cleaning service has been able to get it so clean. This is the only company I will use from now on.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was courteous but very thorough in explaining that which he was doing and what we needed to do. The carpets are clean and look and feel clean. We have already told others of the good experience we had with your company.

We had a leather couch, two chairs and two ottomans cleaned and there was still some sort of “residue” left on them. Also in the creases of the couch there were still crumbs and stuff. I had Zerorez clean my carpets and I was pretty impressed with the process. That’s why I had all the faith in the world that they would do a great job on my furniture. I’m sad and disappointed to say that was not the case.

YOUR TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THOROUGH. HE TOLD US ABOUT OTHER SERVICES YOU OFFERED AND AFTER VIEWING THE CARPETS WE WANTED CLEANED, TOLD US WHAT THE COST WOULD BE. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. HE DIDN'T WASTE TIME.
I LIKED THAT THERE WASN'T EXCESSIVE MOISTURE IN THE AIR AND THAT THE CARPETS DRIED IN ABOUT 5 0R 6 HOURS. ALSO, THERE WAS NO ODOR TO THE CLEANING AGENT.
