YOUR TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THOROUGH. HE TOLD US ABOUT OTHER SERVICES YOU OFFERED AND AFTER VIEWING THE CARPETS WE WANTED CLEANED, TOLD US WHAT THE COST WOULD BE. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. HE DIDN'T WASTE TIME.
I LIKED THAT THERE WASN'T EXCESSIVE MOISTURE IN THE AIR AND THAT THE CARPETS DRIED IN ABOUT 5 0R 6 HOURS. ALSO, THERE WAS NO ODOR TO THE CLEANING AGENT.
OVERALL, I LIKED THE ORGANIZATION OF YOUR COMPANY. FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR SERVICE, YOU GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND AFTER THE TECHNICIAN VIEWED WHAT WE HAD, HE ADJUSTED IT APPROPRIATELY. The carpet looked almost new after the cleaning. Your employees worked so hard and fast! I would highly recommend them. My carpet dried in a few hours using fans and sunshine from the windows. Thanks

I loved that the moment the two gentlemen entered the door, they were determined to make it a great experience for me. I will absolutely call on them again because they cleaned my carpets so well. I’m serious. They cleaned a stained carpet to glowing clean! They waged war against a kool-aid stain or four. I am so dang impressed. Like, shut up and take my money, impressed. They cleaned an upholstered chair so well. No more urine smell. No residues. Just soft and velvety upholstery. They were up front with me about the price. They were up front about what they believed they could do. I really appreciated it. I will recommend them to anyone.

The cleaners are citrus and they are a natural cleaner and they smell good, also there wasn’t any residue from the carpet cleaning

Just very expensive. The girl who did it did a wonderful job and was hard working. I would never pay that much but the reason we did is because our daughter has cancer and we wanted to do it for her. I don't feel like I can do my own now, but that's ok, we wanted to give this gift to our daughter,

Quick and thorough
I was blown away! The technician and technician in training were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! They walked me through all the steps and processes to get my carpets clean. The tech even got down on his hands and knees a crawled on my floors to help me find the source of the smell! (Brave really!) The cleaning itself was amazing and my house smells incredible! They got out things I thought for sure weren’t going anywhere and they got them out easily! I really thought I was just prolonging getting new carpet but the reality was better than I ever thought possible! Zerorez gave me what looks like brand new carpet and for a fraction of the cost! And to top it all off the tech gave me helpful tips to keep my carpet looking like new; he even inspected my vacuum quickly to help me get the most out of it! I honestly can’t say enough about my experience and I will tell anyone who will listen just how thrilled I am!
Fast and great customer service
The technician was very personable and friendly. He worked efficiently. But the carpets had to have a retreat and still are not much better. The top of the carpet is crusty feeling compared to the rooms that were not cleaned. After two times of cleaning them I’ve decided to use another local company I have used before with excellent results. We have luxury carpet with the water resistant pad all of which are only 4 years old. Having the carpets cleaned and freshened up should have been a pretty simple task.
