Carpet cleaning companies have always moved small furniture and cleaned under them, I guess you don't include this service. We had our tile and grout cleaned but I had to scrub the edge where the tile and hardwood meet because there was a distinct line. The guy drug the hose from room to room and he only had two corner covers, he kept dragging them against the corners. We had just painted all of our baseboards. I don't like it when service people ask what ratings I give them. I'd rather full it out on my own.

HOLY COW!!! So when the current owners moved out, they clearly had not cleaned the tile or the grout in the 20 years they owned the house. You could see the lines on the tile where all of the rugs had been because the tile was a different color and the grout where there were no rugs, was almost black instead of a cream color. The grout under all of the rugs of course was pristine. So, I hired Zerorez to come out to clean the tile and the grout and to seal all of the grout. When I walked in the front door last night, I could not believe it. ALL of the grout was back to its original color. I was absolutely amazed! If you are looking for a company for tile and grout cleaning and sealing, I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I considered the carpets to be in horrible condition and very dirty. Our technician was so professional courteous and went above and beyond. The carpets looked great and the customer service was amazing thank you so much.

Our carpets came clean very nicely. Our rep was tanner, he was very friendly and did a wonderful job. It was a very nice experience using you all for the first time. We will definitely consider you all again

The individual who came out the first time made a concerted effort to clean my carpet. I had minor spots on the steps and an area where my dog had soiled several times. He did a great job and spent a lot of time working the area. However, the spots returned. I do not feel this type of cleaning works for certain situations - like mine. I have used Stanely Steemer for 20+ years, but thought I would give this a try.

Also, Zerorez sent out someone a second time. He was personable and spoke to me about a potential solution. I am not ready to replace the carpet and pad in that area. I feel it is premature. In addition, the gentleman explained to me that my previous survey impacted the bonus of the original technician - which I think is very unfair as I feel he made a strong effort to clean my carpet. Rather, as I stated earlier, I do not feel this type of cleaning is appropriate for all situations. Knowing my honest comment - counted against the tech, put me in a very uncomfortable position.

Jim was awesome. He did everything I had asked for and suggested more for cleaning my sofa and chair. Very friendly and did a great job!!!

Jimmy was friendly and professional. He went out of his way to help me and do his best in cleaning my white couches. I'm very pleased with the cleaning job. The couches were dirty and had stains. Jimmy took them out. He also handled my furniture with care. He cleaned a rug that had my dog peed on. The stains are gone and it smells good. Jimmy is the best.

Zerorez team came in and did an amazing job getting all the stains out of our carpet. Tbey were fast and will be my first call when my carpets need cleaning again.
