The carpets look great and the dog pee stains are gone!
Technician was on time. I handled all the arrangements over the phone. I could not be there at the time because I was under quarantine at a different address. But technician showed up. Handled everything very well and was very courteous during the entire process.

Very happy, Tanner and Brad were professional and courteous. They cleaned 6 area rugs plus a large expanse of tile throughout our kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Excellent results, grout looks so much better and the tile has a natural shine. The carpets came out great too. And no residue left behind on the tile or in the area rugs. Would highly recommend.

It being my very first time getting this type of service done i didn’t know what to expect other than great customer service and clean carpet. But Jimmy with Zerorez did that and more. Jimmy was a delight to have in my home. He also left my sofas and carpet like new. I love that there was no chemically smells and the carpet and sofas dried fast! I will definitely keep Zerorez as the number one company to call.
Tanner showed us the dirt & explained benefits the services would provide. Quality of work is excellent.

Tanner is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how and why things worked. I was impressed that he did a test on a brick on his own time to show me how the cleaning/treatment would appear on our indoor brick flooring. We appreciate his passion for chemistry and what he does.

The technician was on time and the carpet looked great when he left. However, I don't believe the system works. Once the carpet dried all of the spots came back. I've been spot cleaning just to make an improvement. Overall, I would not recommend this system of cleaning.

Natural cleaning products, arrived on time and friendly technicians!
The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, we just left them working home alone ‘for some time, and when we come back home they was about to leave and the carpet was still with a lot of dog hairs and dust. We had to request them that vacuumed the carpet again and they say that they were done! And we had to show him the dust and dog hair and that was the only way they vacuum again! Very bad for the amount that we pay for.

Everything went so smoothly. I found your services on Google. Called the number, and talk to Alexis. She was able to set me up with an appointment for the next day, which I thought was amazing. Alexis was so kind and considerate.
