First impression when I spoke to your office how polite and explaining they were when I inquired about floors tile and grout cleaning / sealing…the pricing was very fair , the scheduling was quick and the device tech Logan was just outstanding … explained to me as he worked about each step without any reservations.. the process was outstanding and my porcelain tile looked like new and such a fresh sanitizing smell . Two days later I am still talking about Logan and your services . Without a doubt I will be using you again as I am sold on the results! Great job by all ….
The results are great, no toxic smells or wet rugs... our 20-year-old carpet looks nearly new. They also have excellent customer service. Our technician was polite, conscientious, timely and very kind. Will use Zerorez again and highly recommend.
