Great service, attention to detail and responsiveness of employees
The grout cleaning was good - your worker did the tile sealant and needless to say he may such a mess - he was rushing and the liquid spilled to the tile . He told us not to walk on the grout , but when he left his shoe print was all over . We mopped. and steam clean the tile floor almost 10 times . There were so much residual it was ridiculous. We were so tired and did not expect to clean countless hours after your service. Very disappointed.
ZeroRez did a fabulous job cleaning my old commercial carpet. Food spills and dirt smudges are gone. Tanner explained the process well and gave me an estimate on the spot. As he promised, we had no chemical or perfume smell after the cleaning, which is important for our patients at our medical office. The carpet was dry enough the next morning to move back furniture and open for business. Justin, who did the cleaning, arrived on time, notified me prior to arrival, and answered any remaining questions. He was professional and friendly.

Tile look great
ZeroRes did a fantastic job on our well loved carpeted stairs, hallway, and bedrooms! They even came early and knocked it out sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend them for any floor cleaning services.
Remarkable difference. The tech was very personable, thorough in his explanations, and helpful in understanding process. Sad certain spots along the edges didn’t get as cleaned as the other spots (knew some of the discoloration he pointed out would remain). Overall satisfied and would recommend

Love the service and the promptness
I loved the communication between myself and tech prior to arrival. That is one thing I dread when I’m told “your window is between 1-4pm”. He was great letting me know updates on arrival and was prompt and efficient. I really appreciate that
The products that they use are non-toxic. They leave no odor and leave the carpet clean. The service tech is knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased with the job he did.

LESS THAN HALF of another company's estimate and done in 1/3 the time of the other company. Excellent cleaning! Did not attempt to "upsell" or pressure me into additional services. In fact, told me that one of my requests would probably not achieve the outcome I wanted, so we did not add that to service provided.
